Technologies and Solutions
Guangdong Zhengzhou Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. provides integrated, one-stop treatment solutions for atmospheric pollutants including volatile organic compounds (VOCs), nitrogen oxides (NOx), unpleasant odors, inorganic acid and alkaline exhaust gases, and dust aerosols.
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
For large-volume, low-concentration organic exhaust, we apply efficient, economical combined processes:
- Zeolite rotor + catalytic combustion (CO/RTO): VOCs are adsorbed and concentrated on a zeolite rotor, converting large-volume, low-concentration streams into smaller, higher-concentration flows that are then fully oxidized in a catalytic combustion unit at about 300 °C to CO₂ and H₂O, with removal efficiency typically above 95%.
- Activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion: Organic compounds are captured on activated carbon; when the bed is saturated, hot-air desorption releases a concentrated stream that is treated in a catalytic combustion furnace.
- Pre-treatment: Dry filter housings and spray scrubbing towers remove particulates and impurities upstream, protecting core treatment units.
Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) Emissions
For industrial exhaust containing nitrogen oxides, we rely primarily on robust wet denitrification:
- Double-alkali / sodium–calcium double-alkali spray scrubbing: Alkaline absorbents (e.g. NaOH, Ca(OH)₂) react with NOx to form soluble salts, achieving reliable treatment across a wide range of operating conditions.
Unpleasant Odor, Inorganic Compounds, Dust and/or Aerosols
We offer diversified solutions tailored to each emission type:
- Odors: Biological deodorization filter towers (microbial degradation) or high-energy ion deodorization systems (ionized oxygen clusters) for high-efficiency odor control.
- Inorganic acid and alkaline gases (e.g. HCl, HF, H₂SO₄ mist): Spray scrubbing towers or cyclone-hybrid spray scrubbers using acid–base neutralization.
- Dust and aerosols: Pulse-jet bag filters for fine particulate capture, or high-voltage wet electrostatic precipitators to remove particles and droplets from 0.01–100 µm, typically above 95% efficiency.
Air Treatment Technologies
We master and deploy a broad set of core air treatment technologies and combine them according to pollutant characteristics:
- Adsorption / concentration: Zeolite rotor, activated carbon adsorption.
- Oxidative decomposition: Catalytic combustion (CO), UV photolysis, high-energy ions.
- Absorption / neutralization: Spray scrubbing and cyclone-hybrid spray scrubbing.
- Biological degradation: Biofilters.
- Physical separation: Pulse-jet bag dust collection, wet electrostatic precipitation.
- Core air-moving equipment: Full-range FRP, stainless or carbon steel, and PP/PVC corrosion-resistant fans for stable, efficient system operation.
